 Sessions are available in-person or in a remote session (by phone or Skype (with video on your computer)).

 

The results of a remote session (phone or Skype) is the same as an in-person session and is an option if you live in another city or cannot attend the session in person due to other limitations.

Heart Center Session process

 

Every session for every person is different because their life paths are different as the consciousness and creativity each person expresses. Every session for a person will be different from the previous session because each moment in time is an expression of a person's consciousness and intentions.

 

Prior to speaking with you in your session, whether a Heart Center Session, Pranic Healing Session, Remote Session, or Crystal Bed Session, I prepare the room by clearing energies and connecting with your energy hologram. If any energies or information presents as needing to be released or changed, I follow the intuition that presents for what is needed. I give gratitude for the connection and shifts, and then meet with you either in person, or speak to you in a phone or Skype call for remote sessions.

 

I do not have a set formula for how a Heart Center Session presents. However, I have a diverse vocabulary of methods that I've learned and received through the many seminars, spiritual and conciousness experiences, intutions and guidances, and life experiences. I rely soley on the information and energies that present in intuition in a heart center connection with the person I am connected to in a session. From this connection, the person energetically guides me to use whatever method, energy, or information that is needed in the moment to facilitate a release or deeper connection to their inner Creator Self. Because I completely trust and let go in that connection, I am able to perceive some of what the person is accessing and rely on intuition and guidance to facilitate what presents in the moment. This connection can result in the emergence of a lot of information, just energetic shifts, or typically, a combination of both. Regardless of what presents to me or the person, the person in a session accesses what they are needing to release, and in the release, they connect more deeply to their inner Creator Self and their power (their connection to their non-physical self is their power), and not everything in the non-physical is perceptible to me or the person. This is where trust in the process is important, and this trust enables the person to let go and enable the connections and energies to ripple out and manifest when and how they serve the person best.

 

Session length and fees

 

Prior to scheduling your appointment, connect with yourself to determine the type of session, session length, and fee that fit your schedule and budget (Fees)It is useful, prior to your session, to write a short list of three to five issues that you want to change in your life. Bring this list to your session, which will help to connect you more quickly to what you need and release what no longer serves you.

 

Typically, a Heart Center Session includes the following segments:

 

  1. Pay for your session when you arrive. See Fees. 
  2. You will stand in front of your chair as I assist you in connecting in your heart center. This usually takes about two to three minutes. For remote sessions, you will be sitting comfortably in a chair or lie down.
  3. Then, you will sit, and we discuss of your intentions (what you want to change). Bringing a short written list of three to five issues to your session helps to connect more quickly to what you need to access in the non-physical. This usually takes about 10 to 45 minutes, depending on how much you feel you need to say. 
  4. The energetics segment, where we connect more deeply in the heart center. Again, you bring your full attention in the heart center and let go so you can receive what you need from the non-physical. You will hear various sounds from the singing bowls, tuning forks, and possibly other sounds, including periods of silence. This takes about 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Crystal bed segment. After you have processed what you received in the energetics segment, you will hear soothing recorded music, which is your cue to begin bringing your attention back into outer awareness. Then, you will move to the crystal bed, where you will lie for 20 minutes, receiving the healing energies from the crystals and lights, while listening to soothing music. The crystal bed segment is not included in the Pranic Healing session or remote session.
  6. When the crystal bed segment is completed, we will briefly discuss what you experienced, if you have any questions, and any information I received in the energetics and crystal bed segments. This should take no more than 5 minutes, as it is beneficial to stay inward as much as possible after your crystal bed segment.

 

Because of how people experience time in a session and the unique way time seems to be distorted in their experience, many people are surprised by the amount of time that has occurred in a session, feeling that they were in the session for only a short period of time, when the actual time that passed was a lot longer. Because a person is also connected in the heart center at the beginning of a session when we discuss your intentions (issues you want to change) and at end of the session when we discuss the session results, this phenomena is frequently experienced by many. This can affect the session length and the fee.

Your session intentions (what is occurring in your life; what you want to change)

 

When you arrive, I invite you to discuss what is happening in your life. This part of the session is not required, but often reveals information and clarification to you and me that can be useful as related to your intention. Elaborate discussions are usually not needed. All discussions and occurrences are confidential. You do not have to discuss your current life situation or intention at the beginning of your session. However, on some level, it is important that you be completely honest with yourself and accept yourself as you are (as best you can), with all the issues you are facing, so that you can be more clear about what you want to release and what you want to manifest or change (this, being the primary focus). Once you connect to your heart center, your intention is also connected and receives what it needs regardless of what is or is not discussed.

 

Connecting deeper

 

When the energetics part of the session begins (the aspect of the session when our energy fields connect more deeply to access your possibilities and what serves you), you will stand in front of a chair and I will stand next to you. I will request that you close your eyes (not required) and direct your focus from your thoughts to your heart center in the middle of your chest, inside your body, and then we connect to your heart center and begin accessing the possibilities that serve you. Then, we will invoke gratitude for your non-physical assistance (and mine) for helping you to release energies and to connect you more deeply within.

 

Noticing what presents in the heart center connection

 

On occasion, a person's body will respond to the connection by experiencing body movements while standing, such as a slight wobble or gentle swaying. For some, the body response to the connection is more dynamic and you may experience a falling backwards, which is the purpose of standing in front of a chair, so that I can assist you in sitting down if this occurs. Body movements are not always an indicator as to the level of connection to the heart energy field and each person experiences this connection differently. 

 

After a short period of standing, you will sit in the chair and experience the rest of the session sitting comfortably.  

 

Continuing in the heart center connection

 

While you are sitting comfortably and still connected to your heart center, you and I continue receiving information and energy for whatever presents relative to your intention. During this segment of the session, I usually do not speak and may move to various positions in the room, around you, depending on the information and energy that presents for you. During this segment, you may hear soothing crystal singing bowlsTibetan brass singing bowls, tuning forksrattledrumdidgeridoovocal toning, and periods of silence. Many of these energetic occurrences are related to the non-physical connections that present relative to your intentions.

 

Assimilating and processing the shifts

 

After this part of the session has completed, you may emerge from the deep state immediately or continue to process transformation shifts for another few minutes, depending on what is being processed. For Heart Center Sessions, after a short period of processing, I will start the recorded music to let you know that it is time to procede to the Crystal Bed, and you can open your eyes only when you are ready to do so, allowing for whatever was processing in you to have closure.

 

Crystal Bed (crystal-light rejuvenation system)

 

The Crystal Bed is included in every Heart Center Session (no extra fee), during the last 20 minutes of the session. After a short period of processing in the previous session segment, I will direct you to lay on the Crystal Bed, and then I will leave the room for the duration of your Crystal Bed segment.

 

A Crystal Bed session cleanses and balances the chakras and energies of the body. The Crystal Bed is a crystal light system positioned over a massage table, containing seven light sources, seven colored filters corresponding to the colors of the seven chakras, and seven Vogel-cut crystals, with one light source, color filter, and crystal for each chakra. The person receiving the session lays quietly on the massage table listening to soothing music, and each crystal-light source is positioned above the respective chakra, approximately 15 inches above the body. 

 

The Crystal Bed segment of a full session is 20 minutes.

 

For optimum receptivity, wear white or light-colored clothing and avoid wearing blackred, or dark colors for the Crystal Bed session.

 

After a Crystal Bed session, you are given some water to drink to help you acclimate from the deep state you may have experienced. Drinking water throughout the remainder of your day and into the next day is recommended, as energetic transformations can cause mild dehydration and possibly a mild detox effect in the physical body, and drinking water will help to flush out toxins from the body and keep you hydrated for optimum energy assimilation.

 

Discussing your experience

 

 

After the Crystal Bed segment, we can briefly discuss what you experienced and I will provide a brief explanation of the information and energy that I perceived. However, it is highly recommended that we not discuss the original intentions or discussions from the beginning of the session. And, you do not have to discuss any of your perceptions of your session. It is always your choice.

 

Possible effects

 

Depending on the information and energy received and the related processing, after a session, you may feel a deep peace or feel energetic and elated. Most people feel a deep peace, lightness, and well-being after the energetics segment. In some instances, you may experience emotions or physical feelings related to sensitive issues that come up as a result of your intentions being addressed. These feelings, emotions, and experiences are temporary (usually not more than one or two days) and process through as the shifts and transformations ripple out over time. All experiences are related to your intention that you explored in the session. You will not receive any experience you cannot handle or process.

 

After the session, the transformations will continue to ripple out, and you will continue to experience changes in your life, perhaps noticing how you think and feel differently as you process your experiences. For the changes that show up that are what you are wanting, embrace them fully, and release what is being replaced, not giving any more thought, discussion, or energy to what is being released and replaced.

  

Regarding the physical changes of your body in a session, a dehydration feeling in the body can occur. Because of this, it is recommended that participants drink lots of water after a session and through the following days. If you are not accustomed to drinking water daily, this would be a good time to consider integrating this healthy practice into your lifestyle. A large percentage (60%-75%) of our body is water and staying hydrated on a regular basis helps to maintain the correct balance of water in the body, which aids in removing toxins and waste through bodily functions--an important function of physical health, and therefore mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

 

After the session, you will continue to process the energetic shifts you experienced in the session, which can continue for extended periods of time. During the first few days after your session, if you experience shifts and transformations that are confusing or seem beyond your understanding, bringing your attention to the heart center, in the middle of your chest (inside your body), will help you to feel centered and aligned with the unfolding processes. Using a grounding method is also very helpful for staying centered and aligned with the process you are experiencing. These methods are deceptively simple, may not be intellectually stimulating, and may appear to be too simple to be transformative. However, if you practice these methods regularly, as instructed, you will notice varying degrees of empowerment emerging in how you process your experiences, thereby releasing victimhood conditioning and aligning your expanding awareness with the inner Creator you are. Just reading these methods will not yield the results you seek. Heart Center

 

Most societies and cultures around the world, especially those of industrialized societies, place great value on the abilities and power of our intellect. In this ongoing focus, we have overlooked one of the most important and valued attributes of being human, the power of the human heart energy field and the extraordinary results attained when accessing, expanding, and nurturing its electromagnetic energy and integrating this presence and awareness with our default operating mode through the ego-intellect.

 

What is the purpose of connecting to the heart center and your heart energy field?

 

To connect you to the awareness, energies, abilities, and possibilities that reside in you that are directly linked to you as the empowered Creator you are and to begin releasing the limitations of disempowered victimhood conditioning that are perpetuated through unconscious automatic and habit-driven awareness as expressed through accessing possibilities only through past experiences via the ego-intellect. In other words, connecting in the heart center is accessing the direct connection to your non-physical self (spirit, soul) and integrating that awareness and state into your physical self and physical reality.

 

Accessing the heart is fairly simple, but may prove to be challenging because of our conditioning, which is the belief and practice of processing most aspects of life through thought processes, patterns, and relying solely on one's experiences via the egoic-driven intellect. 

 

To access and connect to the heart center (heart energy field):

 

Until you are very familiar with connecting in the heart center, do not connect to the heart center while driving, operating machinery, or participating in tasks requiring your full attention. 

 

  1. First, move your attention from being in your thoughts and in your head to the middle of your chest, inside your body, and release all thoughts. Closing your eyes will reduce distractions. Bring your awareness deeper into your body and hold this awareness for about 10 to 20 seconds.
  2. With your attention in your heart center, direct some of your attention to the top of your head, in the middle, which is the crown center. Hold a gentle awareness of the crown center and the heart center at the same time for about 10 to 20 seconds, without thought. Do not overly concentrate, but have a gentle awareness of both places at the same time.
     
  3. Next, with your attention in your heart center, in the middle of your chest, inside your body and without thought, connect more deeply in your heart center by recalling an experience that connects you to the feeling of feeling good (joy, happiness, love, or beauty) via the thought or memory of a person, place, event, pet, or anything that connects you to feeling good. It is important that you connect with the actual feeling of feeling good (joy, happiness, or love) and not just the idea of feeling good (joy, happiness, or love).
  4. Once connected in this feeling of feeling good (joy, happiness, love, or beauty), bring these feelings deeper into the heart center and feel your heart energy expanding. Now, turn these feelings of feeling good (joy, happiness, or love) towards yourself, and to the best of your ability, take these feelings deeper into your heart center inside your body, feeling acceptance of yourself in the moment. Give this feeling as a gift to yourself. Your best effort is good enough, so don't judge your ability to feel this.

    When you are connected in the heart center, you will feel a subtle stillness, peace, and sometimes, a gentle expanding physical presence in the middle of your chest that you did not feel prior to connecting in the heart center. Because we are all built differently, some might not feel anything and others might feel a dynamic experience. You receive what you need. Your experience is the only thing that is meaningful, so don't judge yourself about what you are experiencing. 
  5. Once connected in your heart center, you can begin working through any life issues by stating a simple intention for what you are wanting to change or create, release energies that no longer serve you, or just to connect within and give gratitude.     Ensure that the intention statement stated from the heart center does not contain negative references or self-limiting thoughts. The intention statement should include only the end result of what you are wanting and not the steps for achieving the end result. The how's and when's related to manifesting your intention are for the Universe to assist you in manifesting your heart intention. This requires you to trust and let go, which might be a new experience for you to trust and let go in this way. 

    The heart center is not the place for traditional problem solving as performed by the ego-intellect. So, other than stating a simple intention statement or invoking the presence of your non-physical assistance through appreciation, your presence in the heart center will be absent of thoughts.
  6. After stating your intention for what you want to change, create, or release, ask to receive the learning that is available to you on a deeper level as related to the stated intention(s) and the related life experiences.

    One of the primary purposes of the soul (you) in life is the soul learning and acquiring the soul knowledge on the inner and outer levels of your existence. So, it makes sense to ask for the deeper learning when consciously accessing the heart center to change a situation, create what you want, or release energies and feelings that no longer serve you.
  7. Then, give gratitude to your non-physical assistance (angels, spiritual helpers, saints, etc.), whoever or whatever that is to you, for the help you are receiving in releasing or creating in your heart center connection, or simply give gratitude for your awareness and ability to connect within.

    Developing your ability to connect more frequently and deeply in the heart center takes commitment and regular participation, and can be done almost any where and any time.
  8. After giving gratitude, completely let go of your inner connection, trusting that what you created or released will manifest when and how it serves you best.

One of the best ways to train yourself in connecting in the heart center is through gratitude. In an average day, we have many opportunities to give gratitude, one of the most unique forms of love. Simply drop your attention from your thoughts to the heart center, and consciously give gratitude in a simple statement of thanks for something or someone who’s enhanced your life, or give gratitude to your spiritual helpers for your blessings and for their help in the challenges in your life. This simple act is very powerful, and when practiced routinely, will rapidly deepen and expand your heart center presence. Connecting to the heart center brings clarity to personal issues, perceptions, and problem solving, and activates intuition and creativity. Living through your heart-connected awareness will transform your life and provide a deeper sense of wellness, clarity, and peace--which may be unlike anything you have ever experienced.

 

Depending solely on our outer experiences as a means to create the life we want limits the possibilites from which we can co-create with the Universe. 

 

Through directing one's attention to the heart center (in the middle of the chest and without thought) and then stating a simple intention based on the desired change one wants, and then letting go and trusting that the Universe is co-creating with you and your intention, one connects with all of the possibilities beyond what one can perceive and conceive. Then, all that is required is to hold presence for one's intention, trusting that it will manifest when and how it serves one best.

 

This approach is very different than how we are all conditioned and is an acquired skill, but if one persists in developing this way of interacting with one's experiences, more possibilities that serve one will emerge and possibly surpassing what was originally intended.

 

Connecting to your heart center (heart intelligence), by bringing your attention to the middle of your chest (inside your body), is the portal through which you have access to the immense possibilities that are within your consciousness and also beyond what you can conceive and perceive in the traditional sense.

 

Developing and deepening this awareness and connection enables one to transform oneself from the energetic and behavioral patterns we inherit to the life we create.

 

Daily meditation and giving gratitude throughout one's day helps to change your awareness from only being in your head (automatic thought processes based on one's patterns, conditioning, and experiences) to connecting in the heart center and integrating this presence into your daily activities for conscious creating.

 

Every moment is your choice: live in the automatic mode where one's patterns and the triggered default behaviors determine the life you live, or be conscious in the moment from a heart center connection, where you choose to create beyond the patterns you inherited and emerge into the life you create.

Ways to Use a Heart Center Connection in Your Day

 

If you are not familiar with connecting in the heart center, read the information above, under Heart Center, and then resume reading this section.

 

Until you are very familiar with connecting in the heart center, do not connect to the heart center while driving, operating machinery, or participating in tasks requiring your full attention. 

 

The three basic ways to use a heart center connection are:

  • To release energies, patterns, or feelings and emotions that no longer serve you, and to receive the inner learning that is available to you to integrate in your outer experiences
  • To create what you want in your life
  • To give gratitude for your blessings, when all is well and when challenges are present, and for connecting to your non-physical self (spirit, soul) to create this presence in your outer life.

You can use a connection to your heart center to transform yourself in the moment for anything in your life, from the smallest of issues like deciding on which brand to buy to issues you consider very important like matters related to a job/career, relationships, residence location, etc.

 

There are no limits as to how these methods can be applied and how often you use them. And, as you use and integrate the methods, they become your own and may even cease to resemble the original method over time due to you integrating and honoring how the changing methods function in you. 

 

Using a heart center connection to release what no longer serves you

 

The key to creating changes in one's life is self awareness, in the moments when we become aware of energies, patterns, or feelings that no longer serve us, such as fear, anxiety, frustration, anger, envy, feelings of lack, feelings of unworthiness. When aware in this way, most of us will notice the issue or feeling and make a judgment about it, and then let it go. Occassionally, becoming aware of something that no longer serves you is enough to release the energy, feeling, or pattern, but this is rare. 

 

To have a more dynamic result in releasing energies that no longer serve you, you must act on the awareness presenting to you. This is accomplished as follows:

  1. First, bring your attention into your heart center, in the middle of your chest, without thought.

    The heart center is not the place for problem solving in the traditional sense and for mental activity. It is the primary location in our body for clarity and peace, absent of all fear, and is a portal for connecting to your non-physical self, your Inner Self.

    Give yourself as much time as you need to feel the shift, which is usually indicated by a subtle stillness, peace, and quiet that you did not feel prior to connecting in the heart center.  If you are not in an extremely charged emotional state, you can connect in the heart center in about three to five seconds, or less. However, connecting is different for everyone, so honor the time you need. If you are ungrounded or emotionally charged, ground yourself first, and then return to connecting in the heart center.   2. When connected in the heart center, you can ask for your non-physical assistance (angels, saints, Mother Earth, God/Source/Creator, or whoever or whatever that is to you) to give you help for what you are needing to release. To do this, while focused in the heart center, invoke their presence through gratitude and state something similar to this: "To my non-physical assistance of unconditional love, I am grateful for your presence in helping me with releasing ___________________." You can replace "non-physical assistance" with whoever or whatever that is to you.
  3. Then, while connected in the heart center (without thought), ask what is there to learn from this issue, pattern, situation, or condition. Every challenge offers an opportunity to learn something about yourself. At this point, you might state a simple intention in your own words such as, "I am open to learning from this situation or condition in a way that I can understand (or in a way that is clear to me)."
  4. Then, state a simple intention to release the energies, pattern (judgment, self worth, etc.), feelings, or emotions that no longer serve you.

    For example, you might say something like "Until I receive the learning I need from this experience, I release this fear from my body and from my energies." Or, "I release this harsh self judgment and its energies and source from my being, from my body, and from my energies."
  5. Hold that intention and awareness for a few moments.
  6. Then, while still in a connected state in the heart center, give gratitude to your non-physical assistance (spiritual helpers, or whatever that is to you) for their help in releasing what no longer serves you and receiving the deeper learning that is available to you.
  7. Hold that awareness for a few moments.
  8. Then, let go completely, trusting that your heart center connection and intentions are releasing what no longer serves you and you will receive the inner learning that is available to you, when and how it serves you best. 

 

Using a heart center connection to create what you want in your life

 

To expand your ability to create what you want in your life and have a more dynamic result in creating and manifesting energies and end results that serve you, start your creative process as follows:

 

  1. First, bring your attention into your heart center  in the middle of your chest, without thought.

    The heart center is not the place for problem solving in the traditional sense and for mental acitivity. It is the primary location in our body for clarity and peace, absent of all fear, and is a portal for connecting to your non-physical self.

    Give yourself as much time as you need to feel the shift, which is usually indicated by a subtle stillness, peace, and quiet that you did not feel prior to connecting in the heart center. However, if you are not in an extremely charged emotional state, you can connect in the heart center in about three to five seconds, or less. However, connecting is different for everyone, so honor the time you need. If you are ungrounded or emotionally charged, ground yourself first, and then return to connecting in the heart center.   2. When connected in the heart center, you can ask for your non-physical assistance (angels, saints, Mother Earth, God/Source/Creator, or whoever or whatever that is to you) to assist you in what you are needing to create. You can replace "non-physical assistance" with whoever or whatever that is to you.
  3. When connected in the heart center, and only when you are fully connected (without thought), visualize and feel the end result of what you want to create, whether it's some thing or an event, and can be related to anything in your life such as health (physical, mental/emotional, spiritual), job, car, house, relationship, family, living location, etc.

    In this visualization, keep it simple, without trying to create the steps or process about how to manifest the end result. As a co-creator with the Universe/Source, that's its job to fulfill. However, feeling the visualization as if it is real and adding your five senses to the end result creation makes your connection to the end result more powerful.
  4. Hold this state for a few moments.
  5. After you've held this creation in your heart center for a few moments, give gratitude to your non-physical assistance for their help in your creation.
  6. Then, let go completely, trusting that your creation and the vibrations from your heart center connection are instantly rippling out manifesting what you created and returning to you when and how it serves you best.

    This new way of creating and the letting go in the creation requires trust, trusting that what you co-created in this new way will manifest when and how it serves you best. This can be challenging if you are not accustomed to creating this way, in a conscious deliberate connection to your inner self, without the full and direct use of the ego-intellect and your experiences.

    So, it is useful to start by creating small things or events in your life so that you can see the manifested end result, and this experience will give you the feedback you need to trust and let go in a broader way for other issues you consider more important. This ability to trust and let go will develop in a way that is natural for you.

    Everytime you think of what you just created, see only the end result you want. At times, because of our patterns and conditioning, thoughts and feelings that no longer serve you (known as negative thoughts and feelings) might emerge related to what you just created. If this occurs, you can release these thoughts or feelings by using the first method above (Using a heart center connection to release what no longer serves you), which takes only a few seconds to use, once you are accustomed to using this method.

 

Using a heart center connection to give gratitude when all is well and when challenges present

 

When challenges present in our life, usually we are consumed with problem solving, or are overwhelmed with the feelings and emotions that accompany the challenges. At times, this state can cause us to be disconnected from our inner self and our natural state of peace because we are mostly experiencing life from the awareness of our five senses, experiences, and ego-intellect, the same mechanisms that reinforce the patterns that no longer serve us. The result can feel like chaos and being ungrounded and uncentered. A way to reconnect to your peace and to ground yourself is to give gratitude for the blessings in your life, even when your life is in turmoil.

 

However, trying to give gratitude when in a highly charged emotional state is limited in its results because your intention does not connect to your inner self due to the dynamic presence of ego-intellect awareness as it experiences physicality through the five senses. To bypass the limitations of the ego-intellect and connect with your true intentions of gratitude at its deepest level, access your deeper awareness through your heart center to connect with gratitude, as follows:

  1. First, bring your attention into your heart center, in the middle of your chest, without thought. 

    The heart center is not the place for problem solving and mental acitivity. It is the primary location in our body for clarity and peace, absent of all fear.

    Give yourself as much time as you need to feel the shift, which is usually indicated by a subtle stillness, peace, and quiet that you did not feel prior to connecting in the heart field. However, if you are not in an extremely charged emotional state, you can connect in the heart center in about three to five seconds, or less. But, connecting is different for everyone, so honor the time you need. If you are ungrounded or emotionally charged, ground yourself first, and then return to connecting in the heart field.   2. When connected in the heart center, and only when you are fully connected (without thought), make a simple statement of gratitude for the blessings in your life and for the challenges that enable you to learn, grow, and share your consciousness expansion experiences with others.
  3. Hold this state for a few seconds or as long as you like.
  4. Then, let go completely, and resume your activities.

 

You can use the above method to give gratitude when all is well in your life. Giving gratitude during these times connects you deeply to your inner being without having to deal with the intensity of chaotic energies (as experienced from the ego-intellect) and fortifies you for when challenges present.

 

When using any of the three methods described above, if you have difficulty making a connection in the heart center, review the information in Heart Center (at the top of this page) and try the method again. If you still have difficulty connecting in the heart center, you might be ungrounded and need to reconnect to Earth energies, which is described in Grounding to Earth Energies on the Connection-Transformation-Maintenance Methods page. After grounding yourself, try connecting in the heart center again and resume using the methods.
